What payment methods does FLEXFORGE accept?
FLEXFORGE accepts Cash on Delivery anywhere Steadfast operates in Bangladesh, plus online payment via bKash. Online payments are verified instantly before the order is confirmed and dispatched.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere Steadfast courier operates in Bangladesh, both inside Dhaka and nationwide. You pay the courier when the order arrives. Pre-order items are the exception. Those require a 50% advance deposit before the order is reserved.
Do I need an account to order?
No. FLEXFORGE has no customer login. You check out with your name, phone number, and delivery address, and the order confirmation is emailed to you. Orders are tracked at flexforge.fit/order/track using your email address and order number.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-orders are confirmed only once a 50% advance deposit is paid. The order is not reserved until then. Pre-order items are made specifically for you and take roughly 2–3 weeks from confirmation. The remaining balance is due before dispatch, and you are notified when the order is ready to ship.
Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
All pre-order sales are final once confirmed, except in the case of a verified product fault. Cancellations are entirely at the seller's discretion, must be requested before the order ships, and may forfeit part of the advance deposit. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, no cancellation or refund is accepted.
Shipping & delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping inside Dhaka costs ৳80 and nationwide delivery costs ৳120. Orders over ৳5,000 ship free anywhere in Bangladesh. Every order is dispatched via Steadfast courier, and most leave the warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery inside Dhaka takes 1–2 business days. Nationwide delivery across Bangladesh takes 2–4 business days. A tracking link is emailed when the order leaves the warehouse, and orders can also be tracked on the FLEXFORGE tracking page with an email and order number.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Every order over ৳5,000 ships free anywhere in Bangladesh, whether inside Dhaka or nationwide. The free-shipping threshold applies automatically at checkout once your cart subtotal reaches ৳5,000, and no code is required.
How do I track my order?
Every order receives a confirmation email with a tracking link once it ships. You can also track anytime at flexforge.fit/order/track using your email address and order number. No account or login is required.
What if my tracking number hasn't arrived?
If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, email support@flexforge.fit with your order reference and the team will trace the shipment with Steadfast. Pre-order items ship later by design. Those take roughly 2–3 weeks.
Returns & refunds.
What is the return policy?
Returns are decided at delivery. Inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person and refuse it if anything is damaged, wrong, or missing. Once the courier has departed, the order is considered accepted in the condition received. If a defect or discrepancy is found at the time of delivery, refuse the package and contact support@flexforge.fit with your order ID.
How do I start a return?
Refuse the parcel at the door if there is visible damage, a wrong item, or a missing component, then email support@flexforge.fit with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photos. Upon approval FLEXFORGE issues a prepaid return label for domestic orders in Bangladesh. International returns, where applicable, are at the customer's expense.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item reaching the warehouse, back to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the product is defective.
Which items cannot be returned?
Opened supplements, custom-printed apparel, and gift cards are final sale. Any item that has been used, washed, or removed from its original packaging is no longer eligible. Anything accepted at the door without a reported fault is treated as received in good condition, and confirmed pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Products & sizing.
How do I find the right size?
Most FLEXFORGE product pages carry a size guide with measurements in a table below the size selector. Compare your own chest, waist, and length measurements against that chart before ordering. If a product has no chart listed, email support@flexforge.fit for the measurements.
Why are some sizes marked sold out?
A size shows as sold out when that specific variant has no stock left, even though other sizes of the same product are available. If the entire product is out of stock it switches to pre-order instead, and every size can be reserved with a 50% deposit.
What if my item is defective?
FLEXFORGE hardware carries a lifetime warranty. If a piece fails under normal use, email support@flexforge.fit with a photo and your order reference and it will be replaced. For any other fault, contact support with your order ID and photos and the case is assessed against the refund policy.
