01 · DHAKA
Standard shipping inside Dhaka is ৳60 via Steadfast, delivered in 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over ৳2,500. Orders over ৳5,000 ship with signature on file. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
02 · NATIONWIDE
We ship across Bangladesh via Steadfast. Outside Dhaka delivery is ৳120 and lands in 2–4 business days. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere Steadfast operates.
03 · TRACKING
A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves our facility. You can also track from your account or via the public tracking page using your order reference.
04 · DELAYS
Carrier delays do happen. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, email support@flexforge.bd.
