Standard shipping inside Dhaka is ৳80 via Steadfast, delivered in 1–2 business days. Free shipping on orders over ৳5,000. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

02 · NATIONWIDE

We ship across Bangladesh via Steadfast. Outside Dhaka delivery is ৳120 and lands in 2–4 business days. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere Steadfast operates.

03 · TRACKING

A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves our facility. You can also track from your account or via the public tracking page using your order reference.

04 · DELAYS

Carrier delays do happen. If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, email support@flexforge.fit.

Is there free shipping?

Yes. Every order over ৳5,000 ships free anywhere in Bangladesh, whether inside Dhaka or nationwide. The free-shipping threshold applies automatically at checkout once your cart subtotal reaches ৳5,000.

How do I track my shipment?

A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves the warehouse. You can also track anytime at flexforge.fit/order/track with your email and order number, no login required.

What if my tracking number hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received a tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, email support@flexforge.fit with your order reference and the team will trace the shipment with Steadfast.
