30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
02 / NON-RETURNABLE
Opened supplements, custom-printed apparel, and gift cards are final sale.
03 / PROCESS
Email returns@flexforge.bd with order ID. We will issue a prepaid label. Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.
04 / SHIPPING
Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defects, ৳80 flat otherwise via Steadfast.
