Returns
01 · WINDOW
Unworn, unwashed apparel and unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Hardware (belts, sleeves, wraps) may be returned within 30 days if unused.
02 · PROCESS
Email returns@flexforge.bd with your order reference. We will issue a prepaid return label for domestic orders. International returns are at the customer's expense.
03 · REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds post within 3–5 business days of warehouse receipt. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in the case of a defective product.
04 · DEFECTS
FLEXFORGE hardware carries a lifetime hardware warranty. If a piece fails under normal use, we replace it. Submit a photo with your order reference and we'll handle the rest.
